How our administrative support works
We help you organise factual documents and follow official published instructions. The responsible authority decides applications, and case-specific legal analysis is outside our service.
Clarify which consular checklist applies
The label “spouse visa” is often informal. The actual official procedure depends on the sponsor’s status and the applicant’s circumstances; we guide you to the published sources.
Organise marriage and identity records
Create a checklist of the records requested by the authority, and help coordinate any translations, legalisation or apostille requirements.
Prepare for communication and submission
Help maintain records of correspondence, appointment instructions and document completeness. We never sell appointments or represent an affiliation with the Embassy.
Typical document preparation tasks
- Read the current official checklist for the applicable route
- Prepare a factual inventory of marriage and civil-status records
- Collect identity-document and residence-record checklists
- Track translation, apostille and document validity requirements
- Record submission instructions without sharing passwords
Scope of our service: We do not assess the validity of a marriage under Italian law, determine visa eligibility or provide legal advice. Please consult an independently retained qualified lawyer where legal interpretation is needed.
